Inventory syndication in CarLotCRM is one lot record pushed to the marketplaces and feeds you enroll with, so the same stock number is not retyped on every site.

One lot list, synced everywhere buyers already shop

The car is already on the marketplaces that accepted your store. Google, Meta, TikTok, and Cars.com are the names most GMs ask about first. CarGurus, Autotrader, and CARFAX are on the same list. Autotrader and others still require their own enrollment.

How it works

  1. 01

    The car lives once

Year, make, model, stock, price, and photos sit on one inventory record.

  2. 02

    Feeds go out

Google vehicle listings, Meta automotive catalog, TikTok auto inventory, Cars.com, CarGurus, Autotrader, CARFAX, and the dealer site feed.

  3. 03

    Feature merchandising on the photo

High-value options (AWD, FSD, 3rd row, tow, and more) can burn onto dealer-site and retail marketplace photos so the listing sells before the shopper opens it. Google, Meta, and TikTok stay on a clean hero — those channels forbid promotional overlays.

  4. 04

    Enrollment stays yours

CarLotCRM does not enroll the store for you at Autotrader or the other marketplaces that require their own paperwork.

  5. 05

    Photos and the lot

Photo studio, walkaround, and lot notes sit with the car. Buy Score, the wholesale buy/pass view, is included on Floor and Group.

Which marketplaces does CarLotCRM post to?

Google vehicle listings, Meta, TikTok, Cars.com, CarGurus, Autotrader, CARFAX, and the dealer site. TrueCar, Edmunds, HomeNet, CarsForSale, CarSoup, eBay Motors, and OfferUp can be part of the same setup when that feed is connected.

Do I still need to enroll with each marketplace?

Yes. Syndication sends the file. The marketplace still has to accept the store. Autotrader is the example GMs already know.

What is a Buy Score?

A wholesale buy/pass score with a plain-language note. It is included on Floor and Group. It is not on the Showroom card.

Does this replace my DMS?

No. The DMS stays the system of record for the deal. CarLotCRM distributes the car and follows the buyer.

What each plan includes

Showroom $499 includes 6 people and 1 number. Floor $749 includes 12 people, 2 numbers, the morning briefing, and Buy Score. Group $1,799 is built for 3 rooftops. After the included amount, published rates apply.

On this page

  • Inventory. One record per car: stock, price, photos, and where it is listed.
  • Photo studio. Walkaround and spin assets stay with the unit instead of a shared drive.
  • Lot intelligence. What is aging and what the desk should look at, next to the car.
  • Syndication. The same stock number goes to the feeds you are enrolled on.
  • Group inventory. Moving a car between rooftops is an add-on, not assumed on Showroom or Floor.
