This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to your use of CarLotCRM. Violations may result in suspension or termination under the Terms of Service.
1. Prohibited uses
You may not use CarLotCRM to:
- Violate law (including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, fair-housing or auto advertising rules, fraud, or IP infringement)
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages without legally valid consent
- Probe, scan, or breach systems; circumvent rate limits or tenant isolation
- Upload malware; mine cryptocurrency; run open relays
- Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation with CarLotCRM LLC
- Resell the Service without written authorization
- Process highly regulated data (for example full PAN/PCI data or PHI under HIPAA) unless we expressly agree in writing
2. Enforcement
We may investigate and suspend accounts for violations. Report abuse to abuse@carlotcrm.com.
