This Cookie & Tracking Notice explains how CarLotCRM LLC uses cookies and similar technologies on https://carlotcrm.com and related marketing pages. It supplements our Privacy Policy. Use the cookie banner (“Cookie settings”) to manage non-essential cookies where required.
1. Categories we use
We group cookies and similar technologies as follows:
- Strictly necessary — authentication, security, load balancing, consent storage (always on)
- Preferences — locale and similar choices
- Analytics — first-party visitor insight, Microsoft Clarity (session replay / heatmaps when enabled), and any other analytics tags we enable for CLC properties (consent where required)
- Marketing — Meta Pixel or ads tags only if enabled for CarLotCRM marketing (consent / opt-out where required)
2. First-party visitor insight and session analytics
If you allow analytics cookies, we may record the page path, how far you scroll, and which buttons you click to improve the marketing site. We do not record what you type into forms (passwords, card numbers, message bodies). Events are stored without a browser session identifier until you consent, and the server rejects analytics posts without consent.
When Microsoft Clarity is enabled for CarLotCRM marketing, Clarity may provide heatmaps and anonymized session replays of marketing pages after analytics consent. Clarity does not load on authenticated CRM portal paths by default. You can withdraw analytics consent anytime via Cookie settings.
3. How to manage cookies
Use Cookie settings in the site footer or the banner when it appears. You can also control cookies in your browser. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break sign-in or security features.
