The CarLotCRM inbox is one thread per buyer — website chat, email, text, and marketplace leads — with an AI draft that already names the year, make, model, and stock number.
Answer buyers faster — with the vehicle already on the message
A Cars.com lead and a text about the same truck should not live in two phones. Your desk opens one thread, sees the car, and sends the next message before the buyer opens another store.
How it works
- 01
The lead lands with the car
Website, email, text, and marketplace ADF leads open a thread that already shows the vehicle the buyer asked about.
- 02
A draft is waiting
The draft uses the stock number and the question they asked. It does not invent a price the desk has not confirmed.
- 03
A person sends it
Someone on the team still hits send. The text goes out with that conversation, from the store number, on every plan.
- 04
The thread stays owned
The same buyer does not get a second “just checking in” from a different login. Ownership sits on the thread.
Does the AI reply automatically or does staff approve it first?
New dealers start in draft-and-review — the product drafts the reply with the vehicle on it, and a person sends it. You can hand a channel fully to AI later (chat, text, WhatsApp, email, or social DMs), channel by channel. Autopilot is off by default.
What happens to a Cars.com or CarGurus lead?
Marketplace leads arrive as threads in the same inbox, with the vehicle attached, instead of a spreadsheet the BDC retypes.
Can I text buyers from my dealership’s number?
Yes. Texting is part of every plan from day one. Registration is handled during onboarding. It is on our checklist, and it does not block launch.
Is WhatsApp on Showroom?
WhatsApp is not on the Showroom card. Floor and Group include a WhatsApp pool. Showroom can add the channel later.
What each plan includes
Showroom $499 includes 6 people and 1 number. Floor $749 includes 12 people, 2 numbers, the morning briefing, and Buy Score. Group $1,799 is built for 3 rooftops. After the included amount, published rates apply.
On this page
- One inbox. Chat, email, texts, marketplace ADF, and social DMs sit in the same conversation so the floor is not checking three apps.
- AI draft. The suggestion already names the stock number. The person sending it can edit before it goes out.
- Optional channel autopilot. Off by default. When you trust a channel, you can let AI send on that channel without a click — chat, text, WhatsApp, email, or social.
- Texting. Texts go out with the conversation. The team stays in control of what is sent.
- Website chat. A shopper on the dealer site lands in the same inbox as a marketplace lead.
- Marketplace intake. ADF-style leads from the marketplaces you are enrolled with show up with the car attached.
