How it works

The car arrives from a feed
ACV Max, an IMS path such as HomeNet, or the file you already produce. The unit is entered once.

Photos can come from vAuto
The vAuto path pushes photos onto the unit. It does not mean CarLotCRM is vAuto.

Listings go out to enrolled marketplaces
Google, Meta, TikTok, Cars.com, CarGurus, Autotrader, CARFAX, and the dealer site. The marketplace still has to accept the store.

The deal stays in the DMS
Contracts, accounting, and the desk of the deal stay where they are. We record the shopper and where the car is listed.
Does CarLotCRM replace my DMS?
No. It sits on top for shoppers, follow-up, and where the cars are listed. CDK, Reynolds, Tekion, and LotWizard stay in place.
What are ACV Max and HomeNet used for?
They are ways the lot list gets in. ACV Max and HomeNet feed inventory. You are not retyping every stock number into a second system of record.
Do you replace vAuto?
No. The vAuto path is a photo push onto the car. Appraisal and pricing workflows that live in vAuto stay there if that is how the store runs.
What each plan includes
Showroom $499 includes 6 people and 1 number. Floor $749 includes 12 people, 2 numbers, the morning briefing, and Buy Score. Group $1,799 is built for 3 rooftops. After the included amount, published rates apply.
