The DMS is where the contract and the books live. CarLotCRM does not replace it. We sit on shoppers, follow-up, and where the cars are listed.
When a GM asks “is this a DMS?”, the honest answer for CarLotCRM is no. Feeds and photos can come in from ACV Max, HomeNet, or a vAuto photo push. The deal stays in the DMS.
