CarLotCRM appointments are the store’s book: test drives, sales visits, and service arrivals on one calendar, with a reminder path so a no-show is a row someone owns.

Test drives and service visits on one calendar the floor can see

The floor should not find out a buyer is in the drive from a sticky note. The same book that holds the 2 p.m. test drive holds the service arrival, and Today shows both before coffee.

How it works

  1. 01

The visit gets a time and an owner

A booked test drive or service visit lands on the calendar with the buyer and the person responsible.

  2. 02

The reminder goes out from the book

Appointment playbooks send the reminder. The BDC does not have to babysit a separate sheet.

  3. 03

    A no-show stays visible

If they do not arrive, the row is still on the list so someone follows up. It does not vanish at the end of the hour.

  4. 04

    Service logistics stay optional

Pickup and delivery reminders belong to the Service Convenience package. The sales book does not require that add-on.

How do appointment reminders work?

A playbook sends the reminder from the appointment already on the book. Staff still own the visit. The product does not pretend a reminder is a sold car.

What happens when a customer does not show?

The appointment stays on the list as a no-show so the owner can call or text. It is a follow-up, not a deleted row.

Are sales and service on the same calendar?

Yes. Test drives and service arrivals share the book the floor can see. Pickup and mobile routes are separate add-ons.
