The CarLotCRM service board is one status for the repair order, so the advisor and the tech are not shouting the update across the drive.
Advisors and techs see the same RO status, in real time
A customer who is in for an oil change should not get three different answers. The board is on every plan. Pickup and a tech who drives to the customer are the Service Convenience package, not a surprise line on the CRM card.
How it works
- 01
The RO has one status
Advisors and techs read the same board. The customer’s wait is a status, not a hallway conversation.
- 02
The TV can show the board
A service-board view can run on a shop screen from the portal.
- 03
Pickup is a package
Valet pickup and delivery is the service logistics add-on. Alone it lists at $200. With Mobile Service it is Service Convenience at $299.
- 04
Mobile service is a different job
Sending a tech to the customer is not the same as picking the car up. That line also lists at $200, or inside the $299 package.
What is valet pickup and delivery?
The store picks up the car and brings it back. It is the service logistics add-on, off until you turn the package on. It is not included in the $499 Showroom card.
What is mobile service?
A technician goes to the customer. Radius and travel sit on the repair order. It is a separate add-on from valet, bundled with it in Service Convenience at $299 a month.
Is the service board on Showroom?
The board itself is part of the product on every plan. Pickup and mobile dispatch are the paid service package.
What each plan includes
Showroom $499 includes 6 people and 1 number. Floor $749 includes 12 people, 2 numbers, the morning briefing, and Buy Score. Group $1,799 is built for 3 rooftops. After the included amount, published rates apply.
