CarLotCRM roles are eleven dealership jobs with different doors: owner, general manager, office manager, sales manager, F&I manager, salesperson, service manager, service technician, mobile service technician, parts, and inventory specialist.
Sales cannot open billing. Techs cannot export the whole CRM.
BDC is a desk, not an eleventh-plus role key. The published card includes 6 people on Showroom, 12 on Floor, and 40 on Group. That is the included count on the card. We do not describe the software as slamming a door on the next person. Usage past the included phone, text, and AI voice amounts follows the published rates.
